Minor Hotels

We designed and developed a comprehensive mobile app experience that brings together over 560 hotels and resorts from around the world onto one seamless, user-centric platform. The app was created to empower travelers to plan their adventure, book their getaway, and enjoy personalised travel experiences — all from a single intuitive interface. Our approach began with user journey mapping and strategic UX design, enabling guests to effortlessly search and compare hotel options, view real-time availability, and complete bookings straight from their mobile devices.

We built a robust, scalable app compatible with both iOS and Android platforms, integrating essential travel features such as mobile check-in, digital room keys, in-stay service requests, and restaurant reservations. We also incorporated loyalty functionality tied to the Minor DISCOVERY rewards programme, giving members direct access to exclusive perks, personalised offers, and reward tracking within the app.
